Practice Interviews (Paid Services)

Cancel or reschedule at least [24/48 hours] before your session for a full refund or credit.

Late cancellations (within that window) are not eligible for refunds, though rescheduling may be offered.

Free Consultations

Free consultations cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for paid services.
Technical or Service Issues

If a session is disrupted due to a technical issue on our end, we’ll offer a rescheduled session or a full refund.
